Master's Program "Sales Management in Retail"
The "Sales Management in Trade" master's program, full-time study, has a duration of 1 year (two semesters). The program is jointly delivered by the "Economics of Trade" department at UNWE and the "Trade Business" department at D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Svishtov, as part of the project BG05M2OP001-2.016-0004-C01 "Economic Education in Bulgaria 2030". Applicants must have completed a "Bachelor's degree" in any professional field from UNWE or other accredited universities.
The program covers key aspects of successful trade business, focusing on achieving company goals through proactive commercial interaction with customers and maintaining long-term and intensive relationships with them. The main objectives of the program include:

Understanding and mastering theories, principles, and patterns in the field of sales management in trade.

In-depth theoretical and applied knowledge on trade and sales, including sales on organized markets, developing strategies to effectively promote sales growth, managing sales teams, assortment, supply chains, commercial mediation, advertising, and merchandising.

Mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge related to managing trade activities, personnel, product assortment, sales, pricing, and relationships with customers and suppliers.

Application of specialized knowledge, allowing for the introduction of new ideas and solutions to establish the trade product in the market and increase sales.
