The diploma project must be presented using the student's own laptop/computer. The connection to the multimedia system is made via an HDMI cable. Therefore, if your device does not have an HDMI port, you must provide an appropriate adapter.

Important information for students whose faculty number begins with 20 or with earlier numbers:

Please check with the Bachelor's Degree Office whether you are required to take a state exam. If you are required to take a state exam, please make sure to notify us by email at ivonavelkova@unwe.bg so that the examination paper can be sent to you.

Important: If you have an active application from a previous examination session, you must reset it before submitting a new application.

Schedule for the Fall Examination Session:

July 3, 2026, 23:59 – Deadline for selecting a topic and project type in the bpm.unwe.bg system
July 3, 2026, 23:59 – Assignment of supervisors
August 3, 2026, 23:59 – Submission of the first stage of the system project (you are required to complete and submit the project up to the specified sections: for business applications and business processes – up to and including section 4.2 of the system project; for analytical applications – up to and including section 4)
August 7, 2026, 23:59 – Return for corrections by the supervisor
September 2, 2026, 23:59 – Submission of completed and fully filled-in system projects and graduation projects via the BPM platform
September 11, 2026, 23:59 – Plagiarism check by students – according to Article 2 of the UNWE document “Temporary Rules for Electronic Verification of the Originality of Diploma Theses (Master's Theses)”, the student (author of the diploma thesis) must personally carry out the electronic originality check of the system project and send the results to their supervisor. The check must be requested by submitting an electronic application through the UNWE system at the following link: https://shorturl.at/RPzdd
September 14, 2026, 23:59 – Return for corrections
September 18, 2026, 23:59 – Submission of corrections
October 2, 2026, 08:30 – Graduation project defense
